I'm Ana, a very easygoing person, fast leaner, detalist, critical, and perfeccionist, always open to a new experience.

I'm here because I want to learn new things and skills.

I work with Client Support for more than 3 years, talking to clients by phone and e-mail. Nowadays I work with corporate credit cards and I need to comunicate in english with global clients. That means that I'm constantly in touch with english and always improving it. It is good to say that I studied english for more than 7 years of my life, and I very passionate about the language. 

For that reason, I consider that I also have de habilite to translate doccuments, transcript videos, and whatelse I have the opportunity.
