Develop concrete actions plans for building new digital products, web conversion and optimization of current journeys. Your Responsibilities Lead insight into areas for new website development and omni-channel roadmap with clear analytics to grow conversion, customer behavior to store and website improvement plans Provide analysis to deliver a new customer strategy driving customer acquisition online (and footfall to store) Lead development and implementation of key analytics tools for markets including tag planning, and report auditing Act as the international expert for web analytics, developing and sharing international best practices and strategy with all zones and markets, occasionally support the markets with local analytics Analyse eCommerce customer behaviours, through both eMarketing and onsite interactions and provide insights for site optimisation Work with analysts in the insights team to build up a broader picture of customer activity and business implications
