Lafontant, the Founder of Z Gallery, possesses a vision of the world without Poverty. It then follows Sustainability, i.e., balance, protection, equity, diversity and so on, is his main goal. He is the proprietor of the trademark six-sided design, a new stretcher bar, i.e., canvas, conceived to show Innovation through the Art. Since 2009, he has been working with local artists who see themselves as a business and/or small- medium enterprise (SME), to mitigate gentrification. Hence his success is entwined with a cadre of leaders interested to address income inequity. In the neighborhood of Boston where he lives, and the ones he has visited in Accra, Ghana; Amsterdam, Holland; Foshan & Hong Kong, China; Havana, Cuba; Kampala, Uganda; Montreal, Canada; Nairobi, Kenya; Ochio Rios, Jaimaca; Port-au-Prince, Haiti; and Tainan, Taiwan; Lafontant has worked with many local entrepreneurs on the same palette.
