As part of my proofreading and editing service, I will carefully review your document or manuscript to ensure clarity, readability, and consistency in format and style. This doesn't just include correct spelling, punctuation, grammar, and syntax. I also check for consistent formatting, proper citations, and adherence to your organization's style guide. If you don't use a style guide, I follow the guidelines of either The Associated Press Stylebook (AP Stylebook) or The Chicago Manual of Style. 

I'll note any issues by tracking my edits in Microsoft Word, making suggestions in Google Docs, or providing links and notes for web pages. If keywords are provided for an online document, I'll review it for search engine optimization (SEO). I also include fact-checking.
