I earned my Bachelor's degree in Creative writing and poetry at Vanderbilt University. While there I edited several literary magazines and wrote for the newspaper. My career expanded into journalism as an Entertainment and Lifestyles feature writer for the Williamsport Sun-Gazette in Pennsylvania. When the online magazine market came calling, I penned entertainment features for Mauinow.com. My employers have often trusted to me to source my own concepts and edit myself, as i am quite meticulous. Also, I have created several blogs over the years, and I output a four page blog in an hour or so. Poetry and music are my passions, and I am capable of bringing that playful lyric sensibility into my writing. Or I can be very, very serious and formal. I have a strong background in health, raw food, holistic lifestyles, music, travel and art. Aloha!
