I have a passion for the English language, a perfectionist's eye for detail, and a punctual work ethic. I was so happy on the day I realized there was a profession which paid people to read: editing!For five years I worked in Writing Centers, both at my undergraduate and graduate colleges. Working at these positions required me to discern the weaknesses in my peer's assignment, but then prioritize them so that the student received the help he or she most need, while also assuring that the Center's appointment schedule ran on time. I worked there with any and all of the various subjects which the students were studying. Because of this, I have edited not just English papers, but also works of philosophy, theology, physics, art criticism, poetry, history, nursing, creative narration, and others.
