I've been a journalist since my days at the Philadelphia High School for Girls, when I was co-editor and then editor-in-chief of our newspaper. Since then, my writing has appeared in regional and national publications, both in print and online. I'm familiar with several styles of writing, including hard news, features, columns, service, opinion, review, essays and interviews, among others.Serving as editor of my high school newspaper sparked a love of guiding the content creation of a periodical publication. I have since edited a few other publications. My sophomore year in college, I was books editor at a local quarterly magazine, two.one.five magazine, where I oversaw a small staff of writers and managed content production. I'm now editor-in-chief of M.L.T.S. Magazine, a quarterly online publication that covers lifestyle, education and career issues for young women in college, which I also founded.
