Video editing involves selecting images that have been recorded on camera, then assembling them so that the whole is coherent in a logical sequence. A film is always different from what it was originally intended to be. My work during this phase can involve : - The selection and sorting of images to be selected for editing. - The assembly of the shots according to the storyboard, the directives of the customer or any other indications relating to the project. - The respect of the norms (frequency of image and diffusion, adjustment of the sound) - Adapted the format ( encoding ), duration and image quality according to the broadcast platform. - Establish several versions in case of broadcasting on different platforms (long and short version). - A follow-up of the customer through several evolving versions of the project. - Editing of the sound and musical dressing. - Add visual elements such as logos, classic transitions (fade to black) or motion, titles and black stripes. - I use Davinci Resolve 16.2, Adobe Premier CC 2018, i have also good experience with Avid.
