    Sharon was a contractor hired to work on an immediate need project with a new system she was not familiar with. Overall she met most of her objectives and went above and beyond to meet her deadlines. Although with many immediate task to complete, Sharon sometimes went out of the scope of what she was required to do and sometimes missed the scope of what was being required, however I like that she owned her mistakes. I would recommend Sharon to anyone seeking a hard worker and someone who goes above and beyond.
