My name is Luz Valeria Torres Ochoa, I am an English and Spanish Teacher from the city of Medellin, Colombia. This is my application for the content assistant job you are offering. Previous research, professional experience, and subjects in my Bachelor's have given me both very valuable knowledge and thirst and experience in communication, and analysis of texts. Thus, I believe this job is exactly what I am looking for. 

My undergraduate education had, between its focuses, language, language teaching, research, and social transformation, which are the main elements that shaped my professional goals. To fulfill the latter, that is, making a great impact in the realm of second language education in my country, I strongly believe that cultivating experience in the linguistic analysis area is the next step. As for my professional background, I have worked as an English and Spanish teacher in a school context from grade 1st to 11th, and, at my University’s Language Center, teaching English courses in levels 1 to 11 during the last 2 years. From these experiences, I have become more aware and interested in English, its structure, and internal aspects.  

Moreover, I am a researcher in literature since 2018, when I join my research group during my Bachelor's. My main experience in the field: literature and linguistic analysis. The latter is translated into my professional life as a valuable passion for meticulous reading and a need for continuous improvement of everything I do.
