I am reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, efficient with their work, and proficient with Excel. I can easily deliver these strengths to complete the job quickly and accurately. I have my Associate of Arts degree in Accounting and my Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management (on the Dean’s List), at Madison College. My present management position as an Administrative Support Specialist and Technical Support Engineer. In my current position, I work with and provide administrative and technical support to internal clients, and many various call center clients, to resolve issues or provide data. In these positions, I have handled and prioritized many tasks and projects with deadlines, excelled and increased efficiencies with managing the call center application, client call center support, in addition to the investigation, analysis, and reporting of data, using Excel, with accuracy.
