E-learning Consulting & Development

Experienced with overall project management for e-learning development. 

Projects can include working with a team of subject matter experts (SME), editing/updating pre-existing e-learning, or developing new training resources.

• Needs analysis - meet with subject matter experts (SME) 

• Evaluation - review/work with SME to develop quizzes, exams, written exercises, practical demonstrations

• Instructional design - review content with SME, research/create graphics/images, storyboard/design layout

• Development - develop e-Learning modules (using Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Video development - create videos using PowerPoint slides/SME content

• Audio - use text to speech software, or voice acting (narration by me)

• Technical production - develop a module(s) with all elements and ensure proper format

Project management and e-learning development will be done by me. The timeline and deliverable will be reviewed/approved before work begins.
