Hello, I am an electrical design engineer with more than 3 years of experience of designing single line diagrams, schematic diagrams, panel layouts, cable tray layouts, room layouts and bill of materials for electrical panels, mainly of AC Drives, DC Drives, Higher rating thyristor bridges, MCC, IMCC, Distribution Boxes, CLX panels and Flex I/O panels. Through this rich experience I have gained good knowledge in electrical switch gears and various electrical standards like NEMA and IEC. Also I realize the value of customer satisfaction and trust. I prepare the schematic drawings of Incomer panels with different types of protections (U/V, E/F, motorized breakers), DOL, RDOL, Star-Delta and Soft Starters using component cross referencing, cross wire numbering types of features in AutoCAD Electrical. Using PLC utility in AutoCAD Electrical I can create various types of digital and analog card wirings and interlink those with MCC/ Other feeders. Once you provide the feeder list I can select the switchgears and also do the panel sizing. I also prepare cable schedules as per equipment list and prepare all kinds of control scheme (Ladders) for interlocking of power and control circuits. For schematic drawings I use all the features in AutoCAD electrical. My symbol library is populated with intelligent blocks (Attributes) which I my self prepared as per requirements.
