I have 15 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in the oil and gas industry, mining and education, developing several projects and special studies, as well as in the operation and maintenance of electrical facilities. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering (2002), a Graduate Diploma in Protection of Electrical Power Systems (2014), and a Graduate Diploma in Power Systems (2011). I am an advanced user of ETAP software, with experience in modeling Electrical Transmission and Distribution Systems. I have developed steady state and dynamics studies such as load flow, short circuit, arc flash, motor starting (static/dynamic), harmonics, protective relaying coordination and transient stability. Throughout my professional career, I have specialized in technical areas with regard to the design of Electrical Power Systems, and as a Project Leader. I have managed the development of engineering projects and implemented the best engineering practices for the design of power distribution systems, electrical substations, motor control centers (MCCs), panel boards, overhead and underground lines, power and control wiring, lighting systems, circuit breakers control schematics, and equipment technical specifications.
