Control Panel Design & Drafting 

• Preparation of GA, SLD & Control Schematic, Wiring Diagram with AUTOCAD 2022 & EPLAN Electric P8 vs. 2.9 of Power cum Motor Control Centre (PMCC),PLC Panel, Relay Logic Panel, MCC, Junction Boxes, Battery Systems, Capacitor panel, DOL Starter, Star Delta Starter, VFD Starter Panel, Lighting DBs and Feeder Pillar, AC/DC Distribution Boxes, Changeover Panel, ATS Transfer Panels etc.
• Able to understand and design well for electrical diagram.
• Major customer backgrounds are FMCG, Pharmaceutical Textile Industries, Cement Industry, Sugar Mill Industry, State Electricity Boards, and Electrical Power Generation Plants.

Panel Estimation 

• Estimation of all type of Electrical LT Control Panel with complete accessories and switchgear selection.
• Switchgear Component selection as per the Electrical Tender Document & Technical Specification Sheet.
• To prepare the Quotation and Costing Sheet, BOM & Technical Specifications from the enquiry received by the client.
• Calculation of Bus-Bar Sizing, Rating (AL & CU), Fabrication Calculation, Wire (Rating & Length) Calculation, Switchgear Selection (L&T, Schneider, Siemens, Havel’s, Legrand). As Built preparation and final Inspection of Control Panels with all necessary Tests.

Documentation, Production & Commercial Activities-

• Ensuring timely dispatch of panels and preparing testing certificate after testing.
• Technical discussion / approval of drawings / minutes of meeting with customer.
• Electrical documents like Cable schedule, Load list, Motor rating etc. Panel Inspection Test Report.
• Creation of Bill of Material/specification for purchases of materials. 
• Support assembly and debugging activities when Panel is assembled in final stage of dispatch. Provide support during power up and integration phase in the factor or at customer site.
• To conduct visits to customer and vendor place if required. Negotiations with vendor. Communicate and work with purchase & client during all phases of project. Co-ordinate with clients & consultants on the technical requirements; attend technical discussions.
• Preparation of Panel check sheets for each deliverable control panels.
• Document review. Understand the queries from juniors and resolve the same. Review their documents. Understanding of comments/requirement from customer/internal team.

PLC-

• Intermediate understanding of PLC brands like-Allen Bradley (Micrologix),Siemens(S7-Series),Mitsubishi
• Understanding of PLC Logic & Relay Logic Functions.
