My skill set ranges from programming in several different languages CAD design of 3D models, PCB board design, to data analysisI am proficient in programming in several different programming languages. For embedded applications, I code in C and C++. I have written code for Atmel MCUs and ARM chips from ST. I have extensive MATLAB experience and have prepared material for University MATLAB courses at the University of Canterbury (New Zealand). However, my preferred languages for data analysis is python and the R statistics languageI am particularly adept at designing parts for 3D printing, primarily on FDM machines. I have worked with several different kinds of 3D printers, from the Dimension Elite to Repraps, This means that I have designed for a range of different machines that have different printing abilities and printing materials.For PCB design I prefer to use Kicad and can use Altium if need be. I have brought boards through design to testing and on to small scale manufacture.
