Manufacturing Engineer• Utilizing over 11+ years of machine, industrial control system and related experience (mechanical, electrical, fluids, heat and thermal dynamic designs).• Including technical writing, documentation (ECO, ECN, component selection, designs, DWGs, routers, flowchart, PFMEA, Control Plans, leading training, Etc.)• Using AutoCAD/Inventor, Solidworks, Access, SQL, programming HMI and PLC with database connections, tool, fixture and jig design, communication ability. • Problem solving thru data analysis, SPC, DOE, Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D, Lean Manufacturing and customer/supplier corrective actions.
