I'm Gibs. A little bit about me, people say that I'm a mixture of a little bit of everything, kind of like a jack of all trades kind of guy but mostly I just like to chill and relax and live a peaceful life. During my free time, I play Judo and/or Jiu-jitsu. I have been working with clients, customers, and data for the past decade and I have an understanding that great products and/or services should always be accompanied by excellent support. Network marketing was my first career and I have learned many things from it. I have managed social media pages for business with my brother. Client inquiries, sales, after-sales support, and data management were my role and I did it through phone, email, chat, and various applications for data entry. Aside from network marketing, I also have experience in the corporate customer support industry. Calls, emails, and live chat are also some of the things that I handled in customer support. And lastly, I had a part-time job as a concierge and we utilized HubSpot to handle tickets. From the career experience that I have had, one principle that I still keep on practicing up to this day is organizing data into information that can be easily understood and interpreted. Communications, customer support, and data management have been my bread and butter but that doesn't stop me on wanting to try new things, learn new skills, and use new tools and I believe that with training and guidance from you plus the skills and resourcefulness that I have, I would be a good asset for your company.
