I have worked in the business process outsourcing industry for 9 years handling customer service and debt collections. I underwent various training sessions in sales, customer support, debt collections, skiptracing, FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering). Throughout my years of working, I have acquired and developed qualities that are essential to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction such as empathy, patience, resilience, self-control, ability to relate to others and being compassionate.
