• Daily management of Pardot that includes: campaigns, drip programs, integrations, website forms, monitoring, reporting and showcasing results to the team • Work between Pardot and Salesforce to be sure things are being filtered incorrectly, and lists are correct for matching campaigns • Showcase analytics from reports from emails, forms, campaigns, A/B testing, etc. • Create Pardot and Salesforce reports to get insight into marketing campaign/asset/email results and measure effectiveness and provide alternate strategies • Maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including naming conventions, list management, lead flow, completion actions, owners, etc. • Create flow maps of lead actions and results to routinely review with team • Create standardized templates and other assets for ease of campaign management • Salesforce List Management, Campaigns, Report Creation, Lead Management and List Views Development • Create, execute, test, and manage campaigns • Create custom reports to track leads through the full sales funnel • List research, acquisition, segmentation, management and analysis • Create complex drip campaigns • Creative idea generation and email building within Pardot environment • Copywriting and copy editing
