I worked in the BPO Industry for many years. I started as an Email Representative and left as an Asst. CSAT Manager. My experience is mostly on Customer Service and I've had the chance to work in several lines of business such as Networking, Gaming, Collections, Hardware, and even Back-Office Support. I have also been part of the Quality Assurance Department. I've coached, trained, and handled many teams in the past, and had been responsible for an entire site's adherence to policies as a Methods & Procedures Compliance Head with over 600 employees. I am very familiar with MS Office, Google Suite, and have been exposed to several other tools when I started doing freelance work.
