I'm an engineer and like to face new challenges every day. I have been working for a multinational company in India for last 3 years and supporting the North American and European customers through emails for solving their technical queries regarding the product. I have experience in handling tough customers and the ones who are not very good at computer by taking the remote access (Using LogMeIn Resure tool) of their computers and helping them to resolve issues. I'm actively supporting the queries or issues on the iPhone and Android based application of the company. During this tenure, I have built the most useful templates for the US email support team in the company and helped it ton raise from the worst performing team in 2015 when I joined to the best performing team in 2016 and 2017.
