Integrating (multi-) media technology into the classroom through learning module design, development and documentation; needs assessment and gap analysis; project scope and methodology documentation; storyboarding and prototype development; module usability and learning outcome assessments.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in design and refinement of text based and (multi-) media learning materials; experience with adult learning and instructional design theory and techniques (Reigeluth); able to identify and plan appropriate instructional design objectives based on analysis of learning goals (tasks), learners and subject matter; interactive topical or area-specific performance intervention strategies and module design.
