I have been a virtual assistant for 2 years for an Irish Magazine, mostly doing sales and customer service. After that, I worked for a call center and I did data verification for an Australian Media Guide for almost 2 years and at the same time doing administrative work. I also did marketing for a couple months. It's where I learned the importance of time management while delivering high quality service.
Then I worked as a dispatcher/reservationist /office administrator for a transportation company for about 9 years. My responsibilities primarily are taking requests for transportation through email and over the phone, answering email inquiries and reservations, provides rates, communicates with affiliates and drivers, assign chauffeurs, monitor dispatch board for any changes and possible difficulties that may arise, track flights, closely monitor reservation emails and make sure new reservations or changes to reservations are added. Keep a record of all incidents and multitask.
I am pretty much flexible with every task given to me. And I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I am always willing to learn.
