After gathering all marketing-related information (buyer personas, journeys, goals, problems, solutions, etc.), I usually start an audit to pinpoint the issues and identify solutions if my client already has a CRM. If not, I can get them started with a personalized and straightforward strategy. Usually, this means importing a list of contacts, creating segments, and getting started with a landing page/pop-up for their website so contacts can subscribe to emails.
With email marketing specific goals and a coherent strategy for all marketing efforts, I also help carry each step of content creation. This mainly entails copywriting for emails and, if necessary, for the web. I craft copy pieces with the proper structure that will be able to maximize conversions and tighten your relationship with your contacts.
