Before I start the work I usually do some researches about this specific field, this helps a lot to understand the target persona and the pest way to introduce the product/ service .  

what will I do ?

1- full plan for email marketing campaign includes 3 emails 

2- create the 3 emails content 

3- design emails 

4- doing A/B testing 

5- make any changes needed after the delivery 

If we are in the same page, I prefer to do online /offline meeting to be full  understandable for each other's responsibilities and some topics such as : 

1- the time frame 

 2- what is the purpose from this campaign 

3- if there recommended resources to support the campaigns   environment 

4- the targeted customers  

Next step I show you a part of the project to make sure that every thing is fine or we need to do  some changes .

Finally , we agree to specific deadline to deliver the final project 

In my opinion a project like this may take around 15 hours to be done the cost per hour will be 10 $
