I have spent the last 8 years in CRM and email marketing in the telecommunications and travel/hospitality industries. In both industries I focused on automation and triggered email programs and I look forward to the opportunity to offer my expertise to your project. My experience includes implementation of multiple email service providers including Eloqua, IBM Marketing Cloud and Mailchimp across multiple organizations. I have extensive knowledge of HTML, specifically HTML code for emails which can be challenging due to rendering across multiple inbox types such as outlook and gmail. I use tools such as Litmus and Email on Acid which allows previews of the emails to make sure everything will render properly in all inboxes.
