The email signature will be neat and professional so that it works to the best of it's ability and to it's intended function. An email signature should be used to show the people you are talking to how else they can contact you, what company you're from, where they can find more information (your website), and how they can keep up with updates from your business (social media). It should also detail your registered business address, registered business number and VAT registration number if applicable - this is a legal requirement.
