I handle cases with Inbound Customer Service for a decal company. I am searching for at least a contract or a lifetime client where I can work with him/her in the field of my expertise. Good customer service for me is being patient to customers even if the customer is so irate you need to be calm. The goal is to hear the customer's side. Let them feel that they are listened to. Resolving the issue is just a plus point. Being in a customer service industry it is inevitable to be in situations like that. What I always tell myself is empathy is the key. Customers appreciate it when we resolve their issues but they appreciate it more if they feel like they are being valued by the representatives. Strength is my passion and determination to help customers in need. I believe that it has been in me ever since I can remember. For weakness, I tend to be overwhelmed by irate customers. This is something I have been working on for some time now, though I can say I can handle them better now.
