I worked as an Email Support Associate in the leading telecommunications and internet service provider in the Philippines(PLDT). I process client's request like new application, upgrade ,downgrade ,disconnection and creation of ticket for service interruption. After 6 months i promoted and became part of Rebate Team. We compute rebate request. That's why i'm very familiar with excel and other tools.
