I have over 2 years of experience in the field of customer service in different lines of businesses, both office-based and remotely, and learned different skills that make me a strong candidate for the position you have opened. In those years, I have been profiled to Sales, Customer Service, and Billing departments because of my skills in pitching, active listening, and analyzing data. Most of my experience in the BPO industry revolved on non-voice tasks such as chat and email management for two of the biggest telecommunications companies in the US. In addition to the BPO background I have, I have also worked recently as a chat and email virtual assistant for telecommunications and e-Commerce businesses overseas. As a customer service representative, I have learned the importance of effective communication and making sure that the customers' expectations are always met, if not exceeded. I am also an excellent multi-tasker - I have been trained to attend to multiple customers' concerns at a time, while sometimes providing support to my co-workers by walking them through processes and leading them to the right resolutions for their customers' concerns.
