I worked as an Email Support Specialist for 2years so I have the experience working with different clients. I also have a background in Zendesk Ticketing as well as Zendesk Admin.
I also have a basic knowledge on creating roles, permissions and users on Zendesk. At the same time, I also have an experience in creating macros, triggers and automations on Zendesk Admin.
Aside from those Zendesk skills, I possess customer service skills but only on a Non-voice account.
