I have work experiences in the BPO industry as Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support. I have supported customers, clients and partners through calls, email, and chat as well. The clients that I worked with were mostly based on US, Canada, and Australia. In my 3 years in the industry, I have developed strong communication skills. This has also given me the chance to learn many things from the Travel, E-commerce, to the Real Estate Industry as well. Although I've learned many things, I can say that I am still willing to learn a lot more so I can continue to expand my knowledge. After all, being a fast learner is one of my strong points and learning things only makes us better at what we do. I have solid analytical and critical thinking skills as well that has lead me to become a Top Performer. With these skills that I'm still working on improving and my drive to become even better at what I do, I will continue to deliver and exceed expectations.
