I am an Associate Degree holder in Information Technology - I excel before in Web designing and programming. And I still excel in Graphic designing using Adobe platforms. In fact, I am still a freelance graphic designer specialized in Tarpaulins, invitations, and basic photo manipulations. I can also create customized brochures, logos, and calling cards. I also retained my skills in Network troubleshooting. I am still tech-savvy and updated on technology advancements. I work as Chat Support for an international Retail account that’s operating Web-based/E-Commerce for three months. Navigation, multitasking, and speed typing developed. Then I decided to leave my hometown and applied to multiple BPO Industries that offer Voice accounts. I failed multiple times because my communication skills were not so good at that time but I took those failures as an opportunity to get better. So in every interview I attended, I asked each interviewer to help me point out my shortcomings or flaws and I jotted them down unabashedly. After a month, I’ve trained myself with the help of effective articles and vloggers and when I tried again, I got hired by two of the biggest and most promising BPO Company and surpassed all exams, interviews and mock calls. I chose to be a Tech Support Representative for an International Telco account and there I nurtured my communication and problem-solving skills. My third job in BPO Industry was with another hometown and under an also International Money Transfer account that opened my eyes into a more vast industry. I also worked part-time as a Sales Promoter long time ago. And before the Pandemic, I became a Field marketer and a product specialist until recently. Now, I take private tutoring jobs since I had a background in Teaching when I volunteered as a seasonal Teacher in one of my organizations. I am more than willing and driven to learn, to improve and to help businesses grow. I am very open to expanding my limits and concerned with my personal and professional growth. I always do the best that I can, in a given period of time and I am mostly focused on making my customers/client's happy by meeting or exceeding their standards.
