• Collaborated with a team for the development of Data Processing Unit, Milk Collection System based on Teensy 3.6 (NXP K66)
• Responsible for developing the firmware and software for the device (includes Device Drivers and Menu-driven Application code) and testing the device
• Designed, customized, implemented and tested the USB device drivers for Hub, Keyboard (HID), Flash Drive (Mass Storage), Printer and SPI based driver for LCD and UART based driver for 2’’ thermal printer
• Interfaced Milk Analyzer (Fat & SNF sensor) and Digital Weighing Scale to Teensy 3.6 through UART and designed the application such that it calculates total amount based on Fat & SNF content and quantity of milk
• Impressive achievements include integrating the DPU with ESP-01 through UART and making the transactions online through WIFI (IOT)
• Also involved in the development of accurate Digital Weighing Scale based on AT89S52
• Interfaced Load Cell to AT89S52 via HX710B (Amplifier and 24-bit ADC) and implemented two-point Calibration and multi digit seven segment displays
