I run an embroidery business and I understand completely that the digitization is the most challenging part of the process. Working with clients who have their own idea of “perfect” has provided me with a lot of experience in the creating and altering of designs. I work with the client in order to digitize exactly what they need for their business or family. I make use of Bernina software and operate embroidery machines, so I understand the operation of the machines, which means that I know what digitizers struggle with on a daily basis.
