The first person you should call when your machine is running poorly. Seven years of running an embroidery machine has taught me that proper maintenance and upkeep is the most important thing when you want your designs to sew well and your machines to last longer. Improper dusting, cleaning, oiling and greasing can lead to so many issues that look like problems new parts are needed for. But usually, it's not the case. There are particular ways to run a machine, that I've seen most people are not aware of. And not knowing had caused their machines to break, grind, make extra noise and eventually wear out. For each shop and machine I've worked on, I have taken apart and cleaned each machine to help them run better. I can do the machine servicing that would otherwise cost twice as much, not including travel expenses. First hand experience with Tajima, SWF, Barudan, Brother, and Ultramatic.
