I have been practicing law since graduating from from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1984. Most of my experience is in business contract and tort litigation, but I also was Assistant General Counsel for the world's larges defense contractor, and as such am well versed in contract review, negotiation, and drafting, as well as review and editing of public relations materials and press releases. I also develop, review, and negotiate employment agreements, settlement agreements, releases, sales contracts, teaming agreements and other contracts.
