I strive to be flexible in dealing with home, work, and other duties that require my attention, with the goal of being able to easily shift from one task to another. For example, I look for ways to make the most of my time while I am waiting, such as arranging the papers on my desk, or planning other events in my day while waiting for the computer to boot. However, I do not push myself so hard that I lose my edge. I know that it is very important to take a bit of time to relax my body and my mind so I can remain sharp. I try to maintain good sleep and work rotation habits so that I have the proper time and energy to accomplish goals. Of course, proper planning is a big part of time management and ensuring goals are met. However, none of this matters if we do not have a strong motivation to succeed.
