END TO END RECRUITMENT

As a Technical Recruiter (IT Services), my work is to hire candidates for both C2H as well as Permanent positions from associate to senior-level experience openings.

• Monitoring the applicant pool and screening with managers.
• Managing the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, offers, and developing talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing policies
• Maintain track of applicant status through the hiring process and conducting panel interviews.
• Engaged in working with some of the top product and service-based MNCs from mutiple industry domains like - Healthcare ,Ecommerce ,Education , Banking , Hospitality ,Information Technology ,IOT etc
• Direct follow-up with Clients daily for feedback and critical daily requirements.
• Well-versed in cold-calling, pre-screening candidates, follow-up candidates for interviews, onboarding process, and salary negotiation.
• Uploading the short-listed Candidates' resumes on the Application Tracking System And Radar.
• Source profiles and Job postings on different portals such as Naukri, Monster, Goggle X Ray ,Glassdoor ,Dice ,Hirist ,Shine & Linkedln.
• Maintained appropriate data confidentiality relating to the organization and clients, complying with information regulations.
• Negotiated contract details, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality throughout the process.
