" -steve jobs- After I have shifted to another career I became a Researcher to one of the largest fast food chains here in the Philippines and was part of the Business Development Team. I was one of the people responsible for branch expansion since the company does not do a franchise. As a researcher, we make sure that the new branch will be feasible to our target market and would definitely provide revenue to the business. After quite some time and my contract ended I shifted career to work for the BPO industry. I was trained to handle several accounts for a different position for multiple portfolios. From handling a Telecommunications account to a Mobile device manufacturer to handling the Financial accounts. Was trained to be a Customer Service Representative to be Technical Support Representative ( Also Provided technical support assistance for any hardware or software issues. Troubleshoots and replace any defective hardware.) to being a Financial Account Executive. With all those portfolios and accounts that I've handled providing customer satisfaction is my goal. I've worked as well in the past as part-time Virtual Assistance to a certain company in Australia and handled multiple accounts. Was responsible for handling all their emails, responding to their clients and making sure that their calendar and to do list are right on track and being done. Also, I've been designing marketing collaterals for the last 4 years as a part-time graphic designer ( Does technical writing for graphic design and marketing portfolios.) And I've worked for a reputable company. I am a very reliable and dedicated person who always puts my heart into every work I do to make sure that all the deliverables are done on time with quality.
