My goal is to provide inspired leadership company wide. And my duties include making high-level decisions about policies and strategies. Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan and be the primary spokesperson for the company. I develop the company’s culture and overall company vision. Also creates an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale. Overseeing the company’s financial activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing is a in my primary task list. I collaborate and work with chief financial officer, chief information officer, and other executives. Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Work with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long term goals. We at HilFin build alliances and partnerships with other organizations for mutual growth. Over see day-today operation of the company and work closely with the human resource department to ensure great hiring.
