• Coordinate, review and design manifold block, valve stand and power unit for hydraulic circuit in Pro-E/ Creo in 3D model and drawings. •Preparation, check of 3D model design in part, assembly, piping lay-out, piping BOM, framework, sheet-metal modules with constraints in dimensional lay-out and functional aspects for Hydraulics. •In-time response to production, assistance to Quality Assurance/ Testing/ Service with resolving problems with available material specification for troubleshooting hydraulic systems, schematics, bills of material, general arrangement drawings, fabrication detail drawing, testing and if required supplier development. •Understand hydraulic system requirement, applications considering cost, performance, weight, life span, manufacturing, assembly, ease of service with calculations for pipe sizing, valve selection and sizing, pressure head calculations, circuit parameters, test.(Quality, performance, schedule, budget, and product cost). •Capability to develop new and maintain existing customer base, sales plan, quotes, bill of material, costing, sales force activities with design for hydraulic pump, motor, actuator, cooling or heat exchanger requirements with intricacies in 3D modeling and minutes to work-out in large projects. •Ability to organize sales activities, lead prospect to make client with business development strategy; Co-ordinate, sales quotations, market making activities and role for strategically build relationship for selling to key/assigned/new customers. •Investigate new business opportunities; identify new markets, act as a key contributor, accountable for project success with decisive influence, negotiation or technical know-how. • Strategic statistical analysis and worked for Buyer’s Behaviour for High-Tech Product’s Purchase Decision and Marketing.
