Hi, I have a lot of call center expercience, I worked in SITEL callcenter in Nicaragua where I had the opportunity to be in three different accounts ( companies that we were offering the customer service to) this helped me enhance my comunication skills and have a better perspective and approach to US Culture, At some point I had to work as an English to spanish interpreter over the phone due to business needs that helped me get translation skills that I have put in practice with some friend's projects.
