• Environmental Clearance, Forest Clearance – diversion of forest land under FC Act 1980 • Wildlife (NBWL) Clearance – Proposal preparation and clearance from SBWL and Steering Committee of NBWL w.r.t. Eco-sensitive Zone of NP/WLS/Critical Habitats • Forest Rights Act Implementation • EMP implementation, monitoring and compliance to various statutory Clearances • SPCB Consents during establish & operation phase under Water and Air Act • Finalization of budget and Monitoring & Supervision of CAT – Plan, Fisheries Conservation, Biodiversity conservation, Health Delivery System, Solid Waste Management, Energy Conservation Measures and implementation of CSR activities of the project. • Implementation of ISO 14001 & ISO 18001. Conversant with IFC/World Bank/ADB Guidelines. • Preparation of HSE Plan as required under EPC agreement and its monitoring, supervision and periodical review during implementation by EPC Contractor.
