Working as a Solution Architect in Epicor ERP, I have attained a good understanding of Trading & Manufacturing, Logistics (Purchase, Sales), Service Order Management, Project Management, Stock and Payroll Modules. My work also includes some development activity in SQL, T-SQL, VB 6.0 and Crystal Reports XI SSRS Reports. 1. Working with a team of sales representatives and Solutions Consultants in the specific Vertical to validate in and out of scope requirements and assist with solutioning as necessary 2. Working with Practice Vertical Leads, Practice Directors and Practice Managers to determine best approach to Professional Service offerings based on prospect and scope 3. Managing and prioritize Professional Services opportunities 4. Creating Statements of Work and development cost estimates for Professional Services efforts 5. Managing and prioritize requests from both Direct and Account Management teams 6. Maintaining Professional Services Engagement Record updates within our internal sales force automation system to manage and prioritize Professional Services sales opportunities 7. Develop, deliver and sell high-impact Professional Services Value Proposition 8. Participating in pricing and Statement of Work presentations to prospective customers to present and discuss contents of an SOW 9. Providing explanations to prospects for questions regarding SOWs and Epicor offerings 10. Negotiating with prospects in regards to inclusions/exclusions in the scope of the SOW and update pricing accordingly 11. Knowledge transfer to the Professional Services implementation team 12. May require to assist in the planning phase of projects 13. Ability to acquire and maintain an understanding of Epicor products in the assigned Vertical/industry 14. Assisting clients with mapping their budget & priorities to the scope and deployment strategy 15. Working the following Epicor Erp modules: Financial, Logistics & Crystal Reporting and System Administration part. 16. Installation of Microsoft FRx 6.7 Reporting tool. 17. Client’s business analysis and business process requirements review. 18. Epicor application implementation: installation, Admin Console, user training … etc. 19. Crystal Reports design and development for different business processes demands as well as Epicor Erp DDF, RPT Documents. 20. Handling related issues to MSSQL Server DBMS including: maintaining, enhancing data, export/import, backup/restore … etc. 21.
