· Participate in the testing Screen customization & Customized reports and implementation of new Epicor ERP 10 modules.

· Perform data migration, integration, and testing.
· Conducting User Acceptance Testing, End user training in all modules, System configuration and Uploaded opening balance in GL, AR, AP, Bank, Asset, Inventory, Job and uploaded open Sales order, Open Purchase Order, Post Live Support.
· Handling support tickets and provided solutions for issues and maintaining Customer satisfaction.
SSRS Reports, crystal reports, Data entry, Epicor customizations, BPMS, Epicor trouble shooting issues .
