I am a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in a healthcare accounts such as HUMANA and UnitedHealth Care customer service for healthcare providers for more than 5 years. I have worked as escalation specialist handling all kinds of escalation in the provider services department of United Health. Over the years, I've held positions that gave me a well-rounded skill set that prepared me ready to thrive in any challenging role. I started my career in BPO industry as a customer service representative then, promoted to Mentor/Coach. I have background handling and managing new hires, coaching, stats monitoring, quality auditing. I also provide support to the production floor and assist managers on daily deliverables.
