As I teach, I make it a point that my learning starts with what the learner is familiar with so that it may be comforting for them to engage in the learning process which I find myself predictable since my goal is to help my clientele learn. I recently attended extensive training in ESL for Job & Business at the Department of Information and Communication Technology to upskill my present potential for future job opportunities. This is also for my personal and professional growth as an educator to serve my clientele - the learners. Using my knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office and Canva, I can present organized and aesthetic images or videos that can catch the attention of my learners that foster a longer attention span which means more learning. I can also communicate efficiently and be able to adapt to what my learners need. I have done my work using Canva for the images and videos I present, Trello to keep me track with my tasks to meet my deadlines, and Google Drive for keeping and sharing files.
