It is never too late to start doing things differently. Walk with me and see today is, indeed, the first day of the rest of your life.  

Using “Lola Colored Glasses”, what I call my lens of life, I see things that many miss. I am able to share spiritual experiences in the form of allegories and personal essays to tell a relatable story. This allows you to see your past, present, and future differently through your own “choice of colored glasses”.

Raised by broken parents who were raised by broken parents, I was next in line to pass on the generational trauma. Although my children were near adulthood when I had my breakthrough moment, I began something new. 

I use my writing to lift the veil between the mortal and spiritual worlds in hopes of shifting your perspective of your entire existence.
